i stayed in sahara beach hotel for one night in december of last year. They have internet access. one computer for every nationality. There are plenty of caf茅s that have a ';borne WiFi'; where you can use your laptop. They are not even that expensive, they are usually normal caf茅s that offer that service to the customers, and the drinks are a little more expensive.
I don't know if Skanes has these caf茅s, but you'll find plenty of them in Sousse, and it is not very far from Skanes.
I know about this because the caf茅 opposite the building where I live in Sousse has it.
